Can i add more smiley faces to my blackberry messenger?

I have a Blackberry Pearl and feel like there are not enough Smiley Faces for the messenger, is there a way i can add more? i know there are thing you can download and codes to eneter to do thing like change the color of the ball but i want more smileys on messenger.
